Why Play?

Seriously? Okay, fine. You can literally build anything. From a humble dirt shack (we've all been there) to a redstone-powered, self-sorting, mega-farm that would make even the most jaded engineer weep with envy, the only limit is your imagination (and maybe your phone's battery life). Grind for resources, craft OP gear, and then use it to battle mobs in survival mode! Or, if you're feeling creative, godmode it in Creative and build your dream world without the fear of a surprise creeper blowing up your hard work. Plus, with cross-platform multiplayer, you can team up with your buddies and build empires together, or, you know, mess with their builds. It's all good fun...until someone rage-quits.

How to Play

Alright, rookie. You punch trees (seriously). That gets you wood. Wood gets you tools. Tools get you more resources. See the pattern? The user interface is pretty intuitive. Tap to place blocks, swipe to look around, and consult the crafting recipes for all the sweet gear you can make. Don't forget to check out the marketplace for skins, maps and texture packs. And for you power users, the slash commands give you even more control to mod your gameplay.

Pro Tips

• Diamonds are forever. Prioritize finding them early on. Trust us, it's worth the grind.
• Torches are your best friend. Seriously, light up everything to prevent mobs from spawning in your base.
• Don't dig straight down. Unless you're secretly a fan of surprise lava baths.
• Experiment with redstone! It might seem intimidating at first, but once you learn the basics, you can automate everything.
• Join a server. Play with thousands of other players, explore unique worlds and participate in minigames.
